Introduction

Andrew Pullman is CEO/founder of People Risk Solutions Ltd, an HR consultancy specialising in financial and professional services. He is also CEO of PeopleClear Ltd, a new company in the FinTech sector offering regulatory technology solutions to financial services firms. Andrew has also recently co-authored his first book, “Building an Outstanding Workforce”, which was published by Kogan Page in October 2019.

BUSINESS EXPERIENCE

Andrew provides strategic and tactical HR advice to a variety of clients across several industry sectors at C Suite level. He is particularly focussed on the Senior Manager and Certification Regime (SMCR) regulations for financial services sectors. Previously Andrew was a Managing Director at Dresdner Kleinwort, the German investment bank. He was global head of HR for the Capital Markets business and responsible for training and talent management across the bank.

Andrew is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and chairs the Senior HR City Breakfast Forum. He is a visiting lecturer at Bayes (formerly Cass) Business School and the University of Roehampton. Andrew is a Freemen and Court Assistant of the Company of HR Professionals and the Company of Entrepreneurs and also a Freeman Entrepreneur of the City of London.
